Add a Helping Hand Group silent and live auction component and our team will donate to your auction list TWO Hunter Valley Lodge holiday packages valued at a total of $8,000! The DOUBLE holiday package prize includes two separate vouchers each for a 4-night stay for 8 people at the beautiful Hunter Valley Lodge. This means that both holiday packages will come with no cost and all funds raised with these packages will be donated to your cause. List both packages in your auction or use one to reward your event team with a beautiful Hunter Valley getaway post-event!

2. Our team will contact you to discuss our available programs and work with you to find the best fit for your needs.

3. Your entry is eligible for the donation when your event is confirmed (as per #3 below).

    Eligibility, terms, and conditions:

    1. Contest open to any event being held in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Hong Kong with both a fundraising live and silent auction component.

    2. Contest participant must be a new client to Helping Hand Group or have not used Helping Hand Group in the last 24 months.

    3. Entries become officially submitted and eligible for one DOUBLE holiday package on the date that the fundraising event contract is signed between the contest participant and Helping Hand Group.

    4. Contest participants may only receive one DOUBLE holiday package donation in this promotion.
